We offer a 90 day warranty on workmanship and have a full replacement policy against any unit being DOA. We require a RMA request prior to you shipping back of any equipment. Please include the MAC address of the unit you are having the trouble with and a brief description of the problem you are having. Email RMA requests to RMA@hanawireless.com. Many common configuration problems can be solved by using the MikroTik FAQ's and their message boards.
