Hana Wireless Launches 900MHz Dual Polarity Omni Antennas

June 2019

Boca Raton, Florida – Hana Wireless, Inc., a manufacturer of quality components for both indoor and outdoor wired and wireless broadband solutions, announced today the release of a brand new 900MHz, dual linear polarized, 6dBi (HW-OD9-6D-NF) and 9dBi (HW-OD9-9D-NF) omni-directional antenna for use in outdoor fixed wireless applications.

This new omni-directional antenna operates in the unlicensed ISM frequency range of 824-960 MHz providing full 360° coverage for point-to-multipoint installations and is specifically designed to address the gap in non-line-of-sight wireless internet service provider applications.  It is compatible with the Ubiquiti Networks® Rocket M900, Cambium Networks® PMP 450i and most any other 900MHz access point radios.

“WISP operators are often challenged by dense foliage, buildings and challenging topography during installation”, says Patrick Pesa, CTO at Hana Wireless.  “These industry-leading antenna designs help signal penetration in these scenarios, allowing for a signal pathway from the tower to the client.”

These new antennas are now available and in-stock and can be ordered directly from Hana’s authorized distributors for immediate shipment today.
